Our company, Coldwell Banker Antrim-Piper Wenger, Realtors was founded in 1950 by Gib Wenger. It operated under the name Wenger Realtors. The company prospered, in spite of a market which saw many turbulent times, including the closing of a major military installation, Schilling Air Force Base, in the mid 1960’s.In 1983, The Wenger Agency merged with Antrim-Piper Realtors. At the same time, the newly merged firms affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation, resulting in its current “tongue-twisting” name, “Coldwell Banker Antrim-Piper Wenger, Realtors.”
Since 1983, Coldwell Banker Antrim-Piper, Wenger Realtors has led the Salina Market in nearly every sales category. The company employs Realtors and provides those Realtors with an experienced support staff unequalled in the area. Our company has also been recognized nationally as being among the top producing companies in the Coldwell Banker organization.
