I have over 16 years of experience in property management and real estate transactions. I am a full time real estate agent and have been actively licensed in Kansas since 2012.
I earned a Bachelor of Arts in communication from Washburn University in Topeka, KS and a Master of Arts in strategic communication from National University in San Diego, CA. I have successfully navigated the due diligence and negotiation process of residential, country, investment and multi-family property transactions. Some of these transactions spent working in Dallas, TX. I am dedicated to ensuring a smooth, painless experience all the way through closing. ABOUT ME
I have many roles- worshiper of GOD, wife, mom, dog mom, daughter, sister, aunt, friend, REALTOR, designer, and a home fixer-upper. I am married to my wonderful husband, Shawn and we have a beautiful daughter together, Kennedy. I am a bonus mom to my son, Riley and daughter, Joie. We are an outdoor family and enjoy taking our dogs for walks, riding our bikes, spending time on our boat at the lake, camping; anything outdoor WE LOVE! I'm a lover of fitness. I run every morning, it helps me process my thoughts and get my day started in a positive direction.
My husband and I are owners of Karlin Construction Custom Homes and Remodeling. We take pride in building new construction homes as well as remodeling/renovating homes for new owners. We enjoy working with our clients and take time to truly understand their wants and needs.

We have had Jody help us purchase a few rental properties in the Salina area. In the busy market we kept coming into multiple offer situations, and Jody guided us through the options we had and always had helpful suggestions on what to do to get the house. We had a hard to sell property. Jody priced it right, negotiated hard and got it sold!! We couldn't be more pleased with her knowledge and expertise. This transaction was made even more difficult since we live several states away, and are not familiar with Kansas. Jody gets our highest recommendation!
