I am a residential specialist with Coldwell Banker, Antrim-Piper, Wenger Realtors in Salina, KS, and have been a REALTOR since 1999.  I love what I do and it shows in my work. What I have found to be true in my career is that selling homes is just a by-product of my real business. Turns out - helping people and meeting new friends is what I am really here to do.  Every time I get to know a person individually, the whole buying and selling process is much more fun and exciting. Here is a little bit about me:

Kimberley and her family made the big move to Salina in 1995 and haven't looked back since. "I came from Oklahoma City and didn't have a real personal feeling there like I do here. I can run to the store or go to a school function and see five or more people that just stop and chat. That doesn't happen in the bigger cities".  Kimberley's family consists of 2 daughters, Haley (and her husband Steven Townsend) and Kinsey, and 1 son, Jett. She is married to Brent who is a Captain at the Salina Fire Department. Kimberley is active in her children's schools. They have settled in nicely to this family-style community and this gives Kimberley an edge when it comes to helping buyers and sellers in the community "I have been both a buyer and a seller and understand what the public wants. I have a core belief that most people want to be listened to and a chance for their options to be heard so they are in control of the transaction. Not just a salesperson to tell them what to do"   She prides herself on going the extra mile with her clients.  Overall, she would like them to consider her more of a friend than just their consultant when all of the business is said and done.
