I grew up in the real estate world. My step-father, Daryl Bixby is a local builder with a reputation of building quality new homes. In my teens, I was always enthusiastically involved looking over plans, choosing the right size lot, picking out colors, and sometimes steering my mother away from wallpaper!!! Ha!
I decided to follow in my mom, Emma Bixby's foot-steps, and became a licensed Realtor in 2000. Now, 18 years later, I have established myself in the real estate market as a top producer every year. I close, on average, $14,000,000-$17,000,000 yearly, in homes. I enjoy every aspect of the process, especially helping a seller get their home ready to be listed. I do more than just put a sign in your yard, I am involved in every step of the process. I help stage your home, which includes arranging furniture to create a more spacious look, clearing away clutter, and creating a punch list to make your home inviting to everyone who walks in your front door.
I also enjoy helping buyers relocate to Salina with an in-depth community tour. I love this town and am passionate about the whole community!
Negotiating is an important skill that is hard to teach and years of experience is a must when handling the biggest asset for your family. Being able to guide my sellers and buyers through the entire process, ensuring the best outcome for their situation, is my priority.
I am a lifelong resident of Salina and attended Johnson County Community College, a member of the Kansas Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, serve on the MLS board, President of the Salina Area Home Builders Association, and a Director of Salina Area of Chamber Commerce.
I do not believe in a “cookie cutter” approach. My goal is to give you a focused individual approach that will help ensure your needs are met during the buying and selling process.
Customer service is at the core of my business and I look forward to working with you!
